Working with Miti Websites has been a total game-changer for my business. They’ve helped me build and produce a website that functions every bit as beautifully as it looks. The results speak for themselves - my visibility has skyrocketed, new leads are finding me through Google searches, and I’m now consistently showing up in the top three providers in my space.

For the first time, I feel genuinely proud and confident to show off my website. Before, it was clunky, and I honestly felt it detracted from my professional services. Now, it works exactly the way I always dreamed it would.

The customer service has been absolutely top tier. Communication was clear and consistent, and I felt supported at every step. Nothing I asked was ever too much trouble- the team truly listened, collaborated with me, and made the whole process feel seamless.

A special mention goes to Steph. In our very first call, she gave me so much valuable feedback from a website audit that I walked away knowing more about websites and SEO than I’d learned in an entire year with a previous provider! The time and value she gave me in that one session blew me away.

One of the things I appreciated most was how approachable and down-to-earth the team were. I’ve never considered myself “techy” and with past developers I often felt embarrassed to ask questions. That was never the case here - the team explained everything at my level and always made sure I understood.

If you’re looking for a website that not only looks amazing but actually works for your business, plus a team who makes you feel supported the whole way through - I couldn’t recommend Miti Websites more highly!

Steph and the team at Miti have done an amazing job. I initially contacted them for a website redesign, they made the process very approachable, listed and then acted upon all of my feedback. Steph was also great in the process of developing a plan and helping me figure out my goals for the website and approach to our online marketing.

They are now taking care of all of our SEO which is driving more traffic then I ever expected and I couldn't be happier. I am looking forward to continuing to work with them and highly recommend you to get in touch.

We used Steph and her team for website design and SEO services, with great results! Steph herself is wonderful, and has great knowledge of the area she practices. The team took feedback really well throughout the process and was able to adjust their design for us based on this. Would highly recommend in a heartbeat 👍

We have been working on our SEO and website design with Steph, Marc and Rem and the rest of the team for a little over a year now. We received more growth with our online traffic in the first 3 months than we did in 3 years with another company. They provide great customer service, are quick to respond and schedule monthly meetings to keep us in the loop with our goals. If you are after a company that takes you through the process, explains things clearly (without the jargon) and provides achievable modifications that will help you grow, then I highly recommend Miti Websites.

I couldn't be happier with the service and end product that Miti Websites have provided us. I was overwhelmed by all the information and companies online that were offering all sorts of web building services at some very high prices. Stephanie and the team made the whole process simple and effective taking time to understand my needs and then allowing me to control what I wanted on the site while having them provided the expertise to make that happen. No gimmicks or hidden costs. With the tools they provide you can basically build the site yourself to the level you feel comfortable with. If this is not your thing then there are options for them to help you through the process at more than reasonable rates. I would highly recommend Miti Websites to anyone who is looking for an effective solution to their web site requirements.
