Designing for Scale: A Website Built for a Multi-location, conversion focused clinic.
Dietitians NT
The Client
Dietitians NT is a leading dietetics practice with multiple locations across the Northern Territory. Their large team of Accredited Practising Dietitians supports clients across a broad spectrum of health needs — from women’s health and paediatrics to eating disorders, sports nutrition, chronic disease, and more.
With such a diverse service offering, large team and multi-location clinics, their website plays a vital role in connecting clients with the right practitioner, at the right location, for the right service.
The Objective
Dietitians NT aimed to:
Streamline the Client Journey
Increase Conversions & Booking Efficiency
Enhance Visibility & Data Insights
The Challenge
While Dietitians NT had built a strong reputation locally, their existing website wasn’t keeping up with the complexity of a multi-location, multi-service practice. Key challenges included:
01
Unclear service pathways — clients often struggled to find information about specific dietetic services.
02
Limited practitioner visibility — it wasn’t obvious who provided which services, or where they were available.
03
Booking friction — the booking process wasn’t streamlined, leaving clients unsure of next steps.
04
Data gaps — limited conversion tracking meant the team couldn’t see where enquiries and bookings were coming from.
05
Outdated design — the look and feel didn’t reflect the professionalism and scale of their growing practice.
The goal was to create a website that highlighted both service breadth and team/location depth, while driving measurable bookings and enquiries.

The Solution
Our goal was to make the website conversion-focused — ensuring every client could quickly find the right service, practitioner, and location, and then book with ease.
01
Conversion-Focused UX
We restructured the site around the three key decision points for clients:
- Service – clear information on the full range of dietetic services offered
- Location – clarity on where each service was available
- Practitioner – visibility of which team members provided which services
This structure guided clients seamlessly from interest to booking.

02
Booking System Integration
We simplified the booking journey, reducing clicks and confusion. Clients can now move directly from reading about a service, location or practitioner to booking an appointment in just a few steps.

03
Multi-Location Clarity
With multiple clinics across Darwin and Palmerston, location-based navigation was a priority. The new design ensures clients can instantly see where services are offered and who is available at each site.

04
Modern Design & Content
The website was rebuilt with a professional, easy-to-navigate design, structured service pages, and optimised content to build trust and improve local visibility in search.

05
Conversion Tracking & Analytics
We implemented proper conversion tracking, allowing the team to see exactly where bookings were coming from and how clients engaged with the site. This gave Dietitians NT reliable data to measure ROI on marketing.
06
SEO & Content Optimisation
Service pages were structured for both SEO and user experience, making it easier for local clients to find them online when searching for dietitians in Darwin and the NT.
The Results
Improved User Experience
Data-Driven Insights
Professional Brand Presence
Conclusion
The new website gives Dietitians NT the tools they need to continue growing their practice while providing high-quality, accessible dietetic care across the NT. By aligning design, functionality, and strategy, we delivered a website that doesn’t just look great — it works hard for the business.
